2.How much is the shipping?

Shipping: Free standard shipping over $39/Free fast shipping over $59/Expedited cost $6.99
Please Note:Clients need to cover the resend shipping cost if parcels returned by insufficient/wrong address and contact information.

Shipping method: UPS and DHL or local Post office USPS
We ship your order through 4px courier company, and when the package arrives in the US, it will be delivered to your address by USPS,UPS or DHL.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Shipping time: US: 3-12 Business days

From US Warehouse

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

4.How long will my product take?

We will ship your order within 1-2 working days, Shipment from China warehouse, and it usually takes 5-10 working days to receive your products.

5.Taxes and duties

For the United States/Canada

Please note that all packages are shipped from Fun-Mates. For American customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in Fun-Mates.

6.How do i change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service ( or email to info@fun-mates.com.) Immediately!
